Recording Course by Alan Parsons

Learn how to record music production from the legendary Alan Parsons

Audio

With the exception of live recording, we spend a lot more time ‘playing back’ than we do ‘recording.’ So, although this is a recording course, what you are also doing is learning how to listen.

And this is perfect for an online course where much of your time will be spent doing things on your own. In this environment you will have plenty of time for listening to music: listening to mixes, listening to kick drums and acoustic guitars, listening to reverbs and delays, listening to sine waves!

A great chef makes great food by being able to identify the subtleties of flavor and texture in individual ingredients in order to combine them and turn them into a balanced and tasty dish. It’s the same with music production. You need to be able to recognize and identify sounds and processes so that you can achieve the result you want.

Your advantage with this interactive online course: comprehensive training with personal support

A personal support teacher will guide you through the course. You can send him exercises of different recordings which are important components of this course. Your support teacher will reply with a personal feedback and this will help you to understand and to develop your abilities
